Case study: bilingual marketing site for a Hong Kong medical aesthetics clinic — treatments IA, promotions and enquiry CTAs that work on mobile.
Problem / Before
Lightmac Medical Skincare Centre needed a clearer digital front door for Hong Kong medical aesthetics (醫學美容). Prospective clients looking for optical treatments (光學美容 / 光學療程), skin renewal (更生活膚), contour lifting (輪廓提升), injectables (注射美容), laser hair removal (激光脫毛) and body care often landed on a site where flagship programmes and a simple enquire path were hard to find. On mobile especially, treatment discovery and “how do I talk to the clinic?” competed with cluttered navigation.
Approach
We treated the site as the clinic’s public front door — not a brochure dump. Information architecture put treatments and promotions where phones can scan them, kept clinical trust signals visible, and made enquiry / skin-analysis CTAs reachable without hunting. Copy and structure support bilingual use (English and Traditional Chinese) so the same centre can serve mixed-language Hong Kong visitors.
Stack
A bilingual marketing website for a Hong Kong medical aesthetics clinic: promotional pages, treatment and promotion information architecture, and contact-oriented conversion paths. (No clinic AI or live booking diary was part of this delivery; those are natural follow-ons for centres that already have a clear front door.)
What was built
• Treatments IA — overview and programme paths so visitors can move from “光學美容 / laser hair removal” interest to a specific care line without dead ends • Promotions — campaign / offer highlights that stay secondary to enquiry, so deals do not bury “contact us” or skin-analysis CTAs • Enquiry CTAs — contact and booking-oriented calls to action suited to medical aesthetics (e.g. enquire / book a professional skin analysis), not a generic contact form buried in the footer • Bilingual presentation — English and Traditional Chinese capable structure for a HK clinic audience • Mobile-first reading — treatment cards, nav and CTAs sized for phone browsing, where most clinic discovery happens
After / outcomes
Qualitatively: visitors understand signature programmes faster and reach the clinic with fewer dead ends. The public site now reads as a credible HK clinic front door rather than a scattered brochure. Outcome metrics (visits, enquiry or booking rate) are available on request with client permission — we do not invent percentages here.
